OUR WORK

Here's what we're building for real clients right now

These are real, active engagements — not polished case studies. Every number below is a projection based on the client's actual situation, not a measured result yet, and we're labeling it that way on purpose.

Velero Insurance Group

Independent Medicare/health insurance brokerage (~800-client book)

The problem

When a client's policy payment fails, the broker has to notice a carrier email, look up the client, and personally follow up before a 30-day grace period lapses the policy — and with it, his ongoing commission. That doesn't scale manually past a few hundred clients.

What we built

An automated payment-failure recovery pipeline — carrier emails monitored, client records matched, personalized SMS/email sent automatically, and anything unresolved escalated back to him before the grace period runs out.

Projected impact

Several hours a month saved as the book grows, and earlier recovery of failed payments protects commission revenue that would otherwise be at risk of lapsing.

A second automation — client engagement and review follow-up after close — is also in progress for this client.

Novoa Landscaping

Full-service landscaping, Miami-Dade, ~10 years in business

The problem

Intake runs phone-only, and the owner answers calls and texts himself around the clock. After-hours leads just wait — and the first landscaper to respond usually wins the job.

What we built

A CRM with automatic SMS/email notifications and an instant after-hours auto-response, so a lead texting at 9pm gets a reply instead of silence.

Projected impact

Converts after-hours leads that would otherwise go to a faster-responding competitor — there was no automated lead capture at all before this.

Jeff's Hibachi Live

Private hibachi chef and event catering, Fort Lauderdale

The problem

No paid marketing budget — the biggest untapped growth lever was an existing contact list of past customers and cold leads that never got a structured re-engagement touch.

What we built

An automated email/SMS re-engagement campaign across the full contact list, segmented between past customers and cold leads.

Projected impact

New bookings at zero incremental ad spend — re-engaging a warm, already-interested list typically converts meaningfully better than cold outreach.

The Captain's General Contractor

General contracting, residential remodel and painting

The problem

An email list that had never been verified or warmed properly, suppressing open rates and putting the sending domain at risk before any campaign could work reliably.

What we built

List verification and domain authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) as the foundation, then an automated email campaign on top of it.

Projected impact

Pipeline lift once campaigns reach a clean, verified list instead of a degrading one — deliverability work is what makes every future automated send actually land, not just go out.

Frequently asked questions

Why do you label these as "Projected" instead of just showing results?

Because these are early — the automations above are in build or recently live, not running long enough yet to hand you a verified number. We'd rather show you real, in-progress work labeled honestly than dress up a projection as a finished case study. As each one completes a full cycle, we replace the projection with the actual result.

These are all different types of businesses — how do I know this applies to mine?

The businesses above span insurance, landscaping, event catering, and general contracting on purpose — the common thread isn't the industry, it's the problem: something manual (follow-up, re-engagement, deliverability) that was costing real business. Tell us what that looks like for you and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits.

Can I talk to one of these clients directly?

Ask us on the call — we're not going to publish a client's contact info on a marketing page, but we're not hiding behind these examples either.

What if my last attempt at automation didn't work out?

Then something in that build probably didn't fit how your business actually operates — that's exactly the kind of thing we scope for up front instead of guessing. We're not a vendor who's only seen this from the outside; we run a business on the same category of system, and every example above is scoped to the client's real workflow, not a generic template.

Want to be the next one of these?

Tell us what's not working right now — that's where we'd start.
